 We have an active Youth Group. This is where our Middle School and High School students meet together, eat together, do outreach and also bless the community with their puppet ministry. If you have a young person interested in our group please get in touch!

United Methodist Women (UMW) is a faith-based membership organization of laywomen within The  United Methodist Church. UMW members are committed to growing as  disciples of Jesus Christ in community with other women and advocating  on behalf of women, children and youth around the world. United  Methodist Women has been in mission for more than 140 years. UMW at Guyton meets on the 1st Monday of the month at 7pm.

55 Alive is a monthly gathering of senior adults that fellowship, have lunch, and hear guest speakers and enjoy programs. It takes place on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 12 noon.

CURRENTLY NOT MEETING - STAY TUNED FOR WHEN WE RESUME THIS MINISTRY

Each Sunday a volunteer prays during the entire service in another room in the church, praying for the church and for our time of worship. In addition to this we schedule praying for our local neighborhoods and scheduling prayer vigils. If interested, or if you have a prayer concern, please contact us.

Partnering with other churches to raise money and bag food for students in Effingham schools who qualify for food assistance. Meets Thursdays @ 9am at Effingham School Resource Complex on Hwy 119.
